Digital Product Download Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on our website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to your digital product via:

• An on-screen download link, and/or

• A confirmation email containing the download link

Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.

3. Download Access

• Download links are available immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Access may be limited by time or number of downloads, depending on the product.

• It is your responsibility to download and save the files promptly.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The file is defective or corrupted, and

• We are unable to provide a working replacement.
